The St. George
Greek Orthodox Church of Lowell, 44 Princeton Blvd. is celebrating its name
day (Panagyric celebration) on Saturday, May 24 from 5 p.m. to 12 p.m.
There will be food, drinks and Greek-American dancing to the popular
D.J., Nick Diamond. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
There
will be a performance of ethnic dancing by the St. George school children and
there will be a tour of the church and faith discussion by Fr. Anastasios
Coulouras, Presbyter and Moderator. Contact us for more

Rev. Fr. Coulouras is retiring on
June 29 and will remain in the priesthood accepting assignements as requested
by the Metropolis.
I pray that you all have a restful, healthy and
spiritually rewarding life. The Parish Council and I would like to wish you
"CHRONIA POLLA - Many Happy Years." As we journey through the Ecclesiastical
Year, may we pledge our time, effort and finances to grow spiritually as well
as physically, mentally and emotionally.
May the Cross of Jesus be a
blessing in our lives bringing us wisdom and faith to overcome all trials and
tribulations of this world in anticipation of our Lord's unconditional care and
love and in preparation for our life in eternity.
